A nation with clean energy, water and material self-sufficiency is both secure and resilient. With the knowledge to generate fully automated (‘lights out’) production systems a nation has very high productivity and a population that is wealthy. This technology of plentiful local production with 100% recycling eliminates the trade-based 18 th century notion that wealth is ‘more’.
